About Us

The purpose of the Trenton Softball Hall of Fame Organization is to acknowledge and honor those individuals who have excelled in various categories associated with the game of softball.

These honorees are chosen through a voting process and are acknowledged annually at a formal awards dinner.

The Organization will also provide local athletes, male and female, with scholarships to provide financial assistance to further their education after High School. These scholarship award winners are chosen through research and observation by the Trenton Softball Hallof Fame Scholarship Selection Committee.

Also recognized is an Umpires category from which a nominee is selected by the Softball Umpires Association. There are also Sponsor and Player/Coach/Manager divisions.

The Men's and Women's divisions include both the slow pitch and fast pitch categories.

The Organization also recognizes on occasion, special categories of achievement for individuals who have excelled in areas associated with the game of softball.

Internal Revenue Service has determined that the corporation is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises , transfers and gifts. In addition the corporation is registered with the State of NJ Charities Registration section. Our NJ charities registration number is CH3751800.
